Surgery went well.   Drugged up Archie just stared at Mommy til he fell asleep.

I went home for a little bit to pick Bea up from school today.   I miss her and Gus a lot.  But we are VERY lucky to have my parents, Abuela and Nena here to take care of them while we focus all our attention on Archie.   Archie got a CT scan today.  More IVs (3 total... poor little one).   And surgery is scheduled for tomorrow.

Still happy in his gown.   The hospital staff can't stop commenting on what a sweet boy Archie is.

8.31.13

First full day in the hospital and Archie's spirits are high.  This is the day that Mommy and Daddy were told he had a very good chance of having cancer.   Thankfully this turned out to not be the case but any smiles you see from us a very very forced. 

8.30.13

Archie woke up from his nap with a giant growth on his neck.   Off we went to the pedi.

Then the ENT - then the hospital.

The is Jeremy after being told we'll be here for at least the weekend.  (It actually turned out to be more than a week)

Archie passed out after getting his IV.   This was the worst part of the day for all of us.
