First of all...Happy Birthday Lucas!

Now back to my kids ;o)

Yes, my daughter dresses way better than I do.

And thanks to our friend Heather, I give you our elves.

2 Months Old

Can you believe it?

Bea still loves her toothbrush.

Bea and the boys hanging out in our yard.

Archie had an eye doctor appointment (he's fine).  It was the first time Mommy and Archie got to hang out just the two of them.

11.27.12

Today was Bea's first day of School!  (And by "School" we mean three hours, two days a week of Montessori)

After signing in we went to visit her (empty) classroom.  The other kids were outside playing.

Here's her coat hook.

And her cubby.

Then she went outside to play.   She seems happy, no?

She made friends right away.  At first all the boys went up to her.  One little boy get pointing at his dinosaur shirt.  So I asked Bea what a dinosaur says.  "Roar!"  They boys were impressed.

Finally figured out the right way to ride a trike.

I hid and watched her.  She didn't cry at all.  She's such a good kid.  Then she spotted me....

Bea out with Dada.

And sorry Archie, but today is about Gus.  Gus, in all his flakey foreheaded-

Out of focus--

Stubby Fingered--

Adorableness.

Bea and Gus.

Archie needs to get in on this too.  Here he is in a "milk coma".   So satisfied I can take the bottle out of his mouth and he doesn't even shut it.

Happy Archie.

We went to the gardens today.  It was are least stressful full family trip yet!   Gorgeous weather (mid-70s).  Gorgeous setting.  Gorgeous kids.

Bea and Daddy went on the train again.

Today was a big day.  Daddy and Bea built Bea's big girl bed.

And here she is alseep in it.  She was so excited to go to sleep.  She even shut the light out herself.

11.23.12

Should a barely 2 year old be able to do this?  Cause this 34 year old can't.

11.18.12

Today we went to DisneyLand for Bea's birthday.  Here she is with Daddy on the shuttle from the parking lot.   When we left the house we said "Come on Bea, we're going to see Meeska!" (what she calls Mickey) and she screamed "Yeah!!"  and ran to the car.  You can see part of her 2nd Birthday Minnie shirt in this picture.

First we went to City Hall to get her a Happy Birthday Button.  As we were leaving we spotted Goofy!

Bea hugged and kissed him.  She had no fear of the giant headed dog.

Bye Goofy!

Next we got her her first pair of Mickey Ears at the Mad Hatter.  Customized with her name of course.  She wore them for about two seconds.  She was much more excited about the "horses'.  Aunt Julie would be proud.  She would not let us pass up the carousel.  She made up go on it.

We ask Bea what certain people say.  For instance if you say "What does Mommy say?"  Bea replies, "No! No! No!'   Now if you ask her "What does David say?" she says, "Let's go Mets!".  Philly Fan Daddy is not amused.
But he still loves her.

Next we went on the Little Mermaid ride at California Adventure.   TWICE.  Because Miss Bea threw a giant kicking screaming flopping on the floor tantrum when it was over.

When we left the Pixar parade had started.  We didn't know if Bea would like a parade.  Well, see for yourself.  She danced through the entire thing.  Everytime a character would come up to the crowd they came to Bea.  How could they resist this?!

All that dancing can tire a little girl out.  Another great day at Disney.  And another reminder of how lucky I am to be her mommy.
