Happy Memorial Day.  Today we went to the local Memorial day parade. 

Everyone dressed the part (BTW notice how every pic of Gus at the parade, he is carrying that flag.  The patriotic kid wouldn't give it up)

Even Bea's tongue dressed the part.

Tia, Tio and Baby Lucas joined us.

But it was soon time to go back home.

Today we took Bea to Sesame Street Live.   Here's her awesome outfit...

Waiting for them to open the doors.

We got special tickets that let Bea meet Elmo and Ernie before the show.

Then we went to a special play area where she got to meet a lot more friends.

Then we went in to the show with her new Big Bird doll.
